Cookie policy
Final draft, version 1.1
D1 What this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors and registered users of My Paddock and all RacingEdge enterprise modules: Storage Connect, Events, Dealership and Suppliers. It includes enterprise owners, administrators and staff, whether signed in or signed out, and our website, Marketplace and installed PWA where enabled. The cookie register identifies the actual domains, technologies and providers in scope. Cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technologies store or access device information. The Privacy Notice explains related data use. Version: 1.1. Send cookie or privacy questions through Contact us on racingedge.com.
D2 Your choice
Essential technologies support the service you request and its security. Under our chosen consent model, optional analytics and marketing stay off until you choose them, for both personal and enterprise use. Choose Accept all, Reject optional or Cookie settings. Browsing, login, a paid subscription, company terms acceptance or PWA installation does not give optional cookie consent. Company administrators cannot set a blanket optional-tracking acceptance for staff. Refusal must not prevent core My Paddock, enterprise dashboard, account or payment functions.
| Category | Purpose and default |
|---|---|
| Essential | Authentication, session security, fraud prevention strictly necessary to the requested service, requested transaction state and remembering cookie choices. Always active only where the legal exception applies. |
| Analytics | Optional measurement of how the service is used and performs. Off by default under this product policy. Exact providers and identifiers appear in the register. |
| Marketing | Optional advertising, campaign measurement, attribution or related profiling. Off by default. Includes relevant third-party tracking when it is actually deployed. |
D3 Settings and withdrawal
Use Cookie settings in the footer or account menu at any time. Save choices activates only the optional purposes you select; Reject optional turns all optional purposes off. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and removes accessible optional identifiers where we can do so. It does not necessarily delete information already lawfully collected or third-party identifiers outside our control. You can separately exercise privacy rights or clear browser storage. Necessary functions may fail if you block all device storage through browser settings.
D4 Duration and other permissions
We remember accept and reject choices for the same 180-day period, unless you change them or a material change requires a fresh choice. This is a product setting, not a statutory six-month rule. Choices apply to the disclosed browser/device and site scope. Camera, location, push notifications, marketing messages and any optional AI-training permission use separate controls. Accept all cookies does not authorise those activities.

D5 Providers and external content
Cookie settings identifies the technologies and providers used, their purposes, information accessed, recipients, duration and withdrawal controls. Only categories actually in use are shown. Links to another site do not make it part of this policy. A third-party embed using optional tracking remains blocked until the relevant permission or a properly explained feature-specific choice. Loading a map, video or marketing pixel does not silently widen your consent.
D6 Changes to this policy
If a new technology or purpose materially changes the choice you made, we explain the change and ask for a fresh choice before the affected optional processing starts. An administrative policy update does not turn a refusal into consent. The current policy version and technology details are available through Cookie settings.
